날 따라 해봐요! Etude House Follow Me Lip Tint
I just got this in the post, I ordered this from BuyExclusive.net for $9.99. What I liked about it was that I was curious about the colour change because it would come out as various colours of pink and it also has SPF13 so I was looking forward to this one. It was a very pleasant experience shopping here, it was my first time and I was ordering with my sister who bought alot. The package took around 2 weeks to get to the UK from Korea, no customs problems but unfortunately my box ripped, luckily nothing fell out and everything was packaged in bubble wrap and they even threw in quite a few free samples!
So onto the review, here is a picture of the advertisemet and a picture of the product itself that I took.
I was very impressed with this product, the packaging is a very decorative one and from the moment you see it, you can see the glamourous-ness of it. The actual plastic packaging of the tint itself is alot weaker than I thought it would be so I suspect that if I am not careful with it, it will crack easily and I won't have a lid anymore...
Here we go with using it now, here is a picture of my bare lips (with lipbalm on) and with the tint on.
As you can see there is a visible difference. I tried using it with a couple of layers and it didn't quite show up so I did a few more layers until I got to about 4 and the colour is alot brighter in real life, more like a opaque bright pink. I've actually had it on for a few hours now, I haven't eaten but have drank alot since and its still as vibrant as the moment I first put it on, I've licked it and only the lip balm that I had on is gone. It is deifnately a nice tint and looks like the gradient lips that I have seen some people do, like a just bitten look.
I can't say that I am crazy about the smell of it though, its meant to be mint and to me it smells like fake watermelon smell but its not overpowering the whole time, just when you first put it on. I've actually also found it quite moisturising too, you can see from the pictures, my lips are dry as a desert and theres nothing that can make it perfectly smooth and nice but I've had this on all day re-apply just once after dinner because it pretty much disappeared after 7 hours of it and the eating.... but back to the point which is that normally I would have to put on lipbalm several times a day but I have only done it twice today.
I haven't used many lip tints before, I have only used Maxfactor's Lip Finity Lip Tint and I was not impressed with it at all. Not only did it not show up on my lips (I got a berry coloured one) but it dried out pretty quick too. Doesn't even work now and it was already like this less than a month with not much usage. Overall, I absolutely LOVE this lip tint and will definately purchase this again if it doesn't discontinue before I need more. 10/10!
If you have used it, let me know your experiences with it or if you have any questions please do leave me a message and I will get back to you (=.
Take care,

IQQU Advanced Sunscreen and Eyeliner Brush
A while back I bought the IQQU Skin Rejuvenator and loved it but for some
reason now its not on sale anymore so even if I wanted to buy it, I can't!
I took the opportunity to buy the eyeliner brush and the new advanced
sunscreen. I've actually come to realise I can't remember which video I saw
of Michelle Phan's but apparently she doesn't own/apart of IQQU anymore, she never
went into why but it seems like such a shame because she was so much apart
of it and it was like her first major project but she must not have much
time for it now since I follow her in Twitter and she seems mega busy all
the time now! So here I thought I would just do a mini review of them, not
much to say here...
First up I'm going to take a look at the sunscreen.
What interesed me in the sunscreen is that is airwhipped and it is a
cosmetic sunscreen so you can wear it over make up. As advertised, it a dry
formula so that it feels non greasy and it can easily be absorbed in. It is
definitely whipped so it feels really light and sometimes I feel like its
quite hard to get out of the tube because there is too much air inside but
its alright otherwise, It comes in a small squeezy tube that is 30ml. I do
like it as a base and would purchase it again because I like it when
products absorb in quickly and effortlessly, you only need a small amount, I
use about inbetween a pearl size amount and a pea size but honestly with
this, a little goes a long way. It gives off a soft, dry but not drying
matte feeling when you put it on so rather than putting on a base and
feeling like you have a moist base where you put foundation or powder ontop
of, it feels like you have a clean blank canvas to work on.
The other item I bought was the eyeliner brush that is on sale for $10.
I've seen Michelle use it in a couple of tutorials and it looked like it
gave good defining results.
The brush itself is really nice with, the hairs
are a bit shorter than I imagined it would be but overall the product itself
has a lovely look and touch to it. My first impressions when using it was
that it was alot softer than I thought it would be, this might be a personal
preference but I prefer it when eyeliner brushes are a little bit firm so
that you have more control of the line thats being drawn rather than
dragging a line out with a strong stroke. From watching Michelle use it in
her video's it looked as if it would be a little bit firmer than it is but
its pretty much like all eyeliner brushes in this way. I must say that it is
actually harder to handle than I thought as the side where the actual brush
and metal part of the brush is, it is definately heavier than the other end
which makes it kinda top heavy so I end up holding the brush quite low down
to have more control. Cleaning it is not a problem at all, I just use some
eye make up remover on a pad and it works pretty well and ends up feeling
like brand new again.
I do like these products, the eyeliner brush I tend to use everyday with Maybelline's Eye Studio Gel Liner. The base I don't use as much because my skin has been a bit dry with the hot weather that the UK has been having recently so it can feel drying so I've been using a Laneige base as of late but I like using it on days where I don't wear any make up and just use it as sunscreen and have a matte face for the day.
As always, I am not sponsored by anyone for any of the posts I make, I just
like sharing my thoughts. If you have any questions, please leave me one and
I will get back to you!
Take care and happy easter!

Essential Hair Care
I have very long hair. It is just above my hip and I like to dye my hair...alot! I used to dye my hair a copper blonde with 12% developer about once a month and I love long hair so I never tend to trim my hair, 2 basic no no's! I do try to look after my hair in different ways though, I try not to blow dry it and let it air dry and put masks on.I actually saw an advertorial on Singaporean Blogger, Xia Xue's Blog: http://xiaxue.blogspot.com/2010/01/pamper-your-hair.html which showcased these products and with her bleaching her hair all the time and the results that she gets, I thought I would give them ago if I saw them on sale when I went to Hong Kong. I managed to find them at a shop there called Mannings which is like a pharmaceutical healthcare shop and bought both of them to try. Essential is a well established japanese company so rather than ordering online I figured that I'd wait til I get to Hong Kong because I bet it will be there!
To begin with I used the orange one, Rich Premier, which is designed for smoothing and making your hair more managable. It comes in a jar of 200g and I will use it after shampooing and conditioning with my regular stuff, L'O'real Elvive and just leave it in for a few minutes before rinsing off. The first time I used it, I used it on my whole head to evenly spread it out but since the treatment is made with shea butter it made my whole head feel really heavy and abit uncomfortable after using it but the ends were nice and smooth so these days rather than to cover everything I just use it on my ends. The stuff inside the pot itself is like room temperature butter in texture so it's quite thick but spreads in easily just with your hands and it smells really nice too!I have previously used a herbal essences treatment that is a wash out formula and that makes everything feel weightless even on the roots, they both made the ends of my hair instantly smoother after using it and I haven't cut my hair since November and that was just a trim after not cutting it for about half a year before that! But after wanting to grow my hair long I realised it was time to look after it abit more because long damaged hair is not a good look! I now use treatments like this, everytime I wash my hair about 3/4 times a week and I also use Chi Silk Infusion on it even if I am not using any heated products on my hair and sometimes some straight hair serum on it. Now I can say that there are still damaged ends but no where near as much as when I didn't care for my hair that much or when it was constantly being dyed a copper blonde colour. Even after about 2 days my hair is still as straight and smooth than as straight after I've washed it. I don't really get dandruff I get really greasy hair instead so thats another reason as to why I don't put the mask on the roots since it makes it even heavier straight away for me and that feels extremely uncomfortable. The pink one, Nuance Airy is meant to make flat, dull hair into light and bouncy hair, the stuff is pretty much just the same, again I don't use it on my roots for the same reason so I don't get the light bouncy feeling on my head but turning your head upside and drying it like that works just as well but volume has never been that important to me since my hair has had a straightening magic perm so its pretty straight and flat.Overall, I wouldn't say that they aren't good because I would prefer the other one that I used before but its definately worth the try if you can get your hands on it. Lots of my ends are still very much damaged due to me not taking care of it how I should be but this definately does help out alot if your not a fan of getting your hair cut that often and you have long hair like mine. Rating out of 10... definately 8/10!I hope this was helpful, please let me know what you think if you have used it before! Again, not sponsored in anyway, just sharing (=I also want to take time to think about the disaterous tragedy that has hit Japan recently. I do love Japan, I have never been but I have always loved everything about it from a young age like just watching anime alone to all the cosmetic products that I buy now. I wanted in the next few years to finally go there and experience the place for myself, I know there is nothing much that I can do but pray and help those in need indirectly. I wish for Japan to keep their head held high and let us all help to get everything back in order. My sincerest condolences to those who have lost their loved ones. Nippon, ganbatte!Take care,Kary x

More Laneige!
Going going gone... My word it has been a long time, where have I been? I just lost all inspiration to blog unfortunately )= I was thinking about deleting my blog for a bit but people still seem to be looking at some posts sometimes so I thought I would leave it there for reference. So, over the past half a year, I graduated from University (yay!) but also became upsettingly unemployed (noooo!) but I do work in between so I have been busy and I also took some time off and went back to Hong Kong for a break and also spend lots of money on my favourite asian cosmetics! I didn't actually buy much make up though this time round, I ended up buying alot of products from Laneige, my favourite brand ever for make up or skin care. One thing I don't like about them is that they will discontinue items very often though. 3 of my favourite products, the Sensitive Emulsion, Eye Designer Cream and the Strawberry Yoghurt Pack are all gone and replaced with something else and the sales people said its just an improvement of the original. I ended buying them anyway because if I know I would most definately change my mind and then by that time it would be too late and I would be buying it online for a dearer price. Although, please note the lovely sales lady did say to me be careful of buying Laneige products off the internet because there are fakes, apparently the way to see whether it is fake or not is it see whether it has 'Amore Pacific' on the bottle/container or not. If not, then its fake, I checked that on my previous bottles that I bought from YesStyle and it had that written in Korean but I can guarantee that YesStyle are very reputable company that I have bought from many times so I trust them (=. Although the old products that I mention are no longer on sale in Laneige stores in Hong Kong, there are many other third party places you can but them such as YesStyle, Sasa and other online stores such as The Facial Shop. Here are the three new products that have replaced them, although it is still being advertised as products on the global website it was not available to me in Hong Kong from Laneige retail stores.I have yet to try the new eye cream, Water Bank Eye Cream but in this post I am going to review the other two products that I have tried out.First one up is the Sensitive Dual Enhancing Cream.
The product is fragrance free/alcohol free/color free to minimizes possible skin irritations. It also contains extracts of Water lily/Butterfuly bush/Cellactor/Biacinth that help restore skin health and Snow Renew Water that vitalizes the skin. It comes in a jar and is 30ml (face cream) and 10ml (eye cream). The most immediate thing you would notice is that it is not in a pump bottle anymore and the jar is separated into 2 sides, one for the face/U-Zone and one for the eyes. I don't acually like this new formula as much as the old one but it still does its job, the main thing is that it is alot thicker than the old emulsion, it takes a little bit longer for it to absorb in as with the eye cream but I will move onto that in a moment. It is not oily and won't leave you looking or feeling shiny, if you have visibly flaky skin after you just washed it then it will disappear after you apply the cream onto your face. There is again no particular smell to it, it smells like how an unfragranced product smells, the actual consistency of the product reminds me of butter that has been left out standing in room temperature. The eye creams consistency, colour and feel is pretty much the same as the part that you put on your face, its not like a gel which the Eye Designer Cream is so it doesn't feel as fresh when you put it on and it doesn't have the lovely blueberry type smell to it that is actually really relaxing to smell! and again, it does take a minute to fully absorb. This doesn't really help with dark circles or puffiness, its more of a hydrating and soothing cream in my opinion. I like to use this one at night as it feels thicker and I'm not going to be putting make up on after so I let it be whilst in the morning I will use the Eye Designer Cream as it feels fresher, absorbs quicker and definately more light-weight.Overall, I would definately prefer my old products as they were more light-weight and did the same job. I wouldn't say that either of them are better, they both are as good as each other but it depends on what you like, I prefer light creams as I have many other products to put on and in the morning its just a bit of rush for me so the quicker it absorbs the better! The next product that I am going to look is the Multiberry Yoghurt Repair Pack.
This replaced the Strawberry Yoghurt Pack which I loved alot. I had actually planned to buy a couple of more jars whilst I was there but it literally was discontinued about a week before I got to Hong Kong... that sucked! I did try out the Multiberry Yoghurt in the store on my hand, it was nice sop I ended up buying 2 jars of it. It is definately not the same as the Strawberry Yoghurt Pack in terms of consistency, smell and feel. I have done a mini review of the Strawberry Pack before, please click this link http://kary-yeung.xanga.com/705929662/laneige-review/ if you would like to see it. Again it comes in a jar of 80ml.The biggest difference between the two is quite obvious, one contains mainly strawberry the other contains lots of other types of berries like raspberries, blueberries and cranberries. The multiberry forumula is alot more mask like, its slight thicker than the Strawberry Yoghurt formula which was exactly like yoghurt but this one is more like loosely whipped cream when its inbetween being watery and solid. It also has no little beads in it and it doesn't have a strong fragrance of fruit, it does slightly but not as powerful as the strawberries which was relaxing to sniff so that was a downer! You also use it in the same way, apply a layer of it on your face, leave for a few moments and wash off. I don't think its as smoothing as the Strawberry Yoghurt Pack, its not drying or anything, having sensitive skin hasn't lead to any poor break outs or anything so it is for all types of skin. I do like it and will carry on using it but I miss my Strawberries! If I had a choice I would definately go for the Strawberry Pack!Hope that is helpful for anyone, any questions please do drop me comment and I will get back to you! If you have had any experiences with this, please share, I would love to know! I did buy alot more from Laneige so I will post more product reviews for them. Please note I have not been sponsored in any way to do this blog post, I just love to share and Laneige is my favourite brand so I would like to spread their name and hopefully one day they will come to England so I can purchase it here rather than stocking up when I go to Hong Kong each time!I hope this blog will be up and running properly again! I am going to clean it up and start afresh and re-design if I have a spare moment! Although I do like it now... what do you think? (=Take care guys,K x

Rimmel 1 2 3 Looks Mascara
Ahhhh, First day I have had off for a while now, time to catch up (=
So, UK drugstore brand Rimmel very often run competitions where you can simply enter thrugh a prize draw to win one of the products in full size! I have entered many times and never won but this one time I have won!!!!
I won the Adjustable Volume Mascara that can give you three different looks with one mascara, you simple turn the top part of the tube, also known as the dial and the brush bit of the mascara wand will change in size according to what volume you have chosen, it retails at £7.99 for a 9.5ml tube and comes in black and brown and I have won a black one.
For reference, here is my naked eye with no mascara of any sort nor been curled... as you can probably see, I have very short annoying lashes which point downwards!!! So a good mascara is essential for me on a daily basis since I don't like nor have the time to stick on false eyelashes everyday! Not to mention my super weird eyelids... but let's leave that for another day! I do curl my lashes after the mascara application because for me it seems to work better as I can actually get a grip of the lashes in my curler and the mascara acts like a hairspray or a sortof gel for your lashes which makes it easier to handle, like for example if you put wax in your hair, again it is easier to style.
Right then, let's get on to the product in question here...1 Mascara, 3 Looks!
- Turn to 1 for up to 3x more volume
What I have done in these pictures is that I have simply put the mascara on and curled it with my Shu Uemura eyelash curler, they have been taken in macro with no flash to show you the outcome of the product. If you look at the first picture, you can see that my lashes are quite clumped with mascara purely for the fact that it is because the bristles on the wand are very short so it means that there is alot of the mascara formula on it that is not getting spread evenly on to the brush. Often when you pull the mascara wand out of the bottle itself, it scraps itself on the edge on the inside to prevent the masses amount of formula being left onto the wand but this seems to have failed on this occasion causing clumpy lashes on me... In my opinion, its kind of fail since I do not have even moderately long or thick lashes.
- Turn to 2 for up to 5x more volume
If you take a look at this picture, the first thing that I have come to notice that there is alot less clumping than on the number 1 dial. Whereas the first look is meant to look like a natural look, this one appears to be more natural on me because it is alot more lengthening than the previous one for me but again, lacks thickness on my end. If you concentrate on the mascara wand, how it "gets more dramatic" so to speak is because the bristles on the wand get longer as you turn the dial and because the bristles get longer, the less of a chance there is for the mascara formula to be bundled up on the brush.
- Turn to 3 for up to 10x more volume
This third and final look, it does give me a very different look to how my lashes look naturally with nothing on. It has definately added length to my lashes compared to the first dial, it appears to look slightly thicker and there is very little clumping so it is good. Although it does seem to make a significant difference, it is not as 'dramatic' as Rimmel make it out to be so it does disappoint me a bit as I would not say that it is 10x more volume than my naked eyelashes.
My final thought on this is that it is an alright mascara and I would purchase it again if I didn't have an alternative that I prefer. All the different dials do seperate my lashes and I am able to reach the corners of my eyes so its not a bad brush. I can't say that I love the first dial though because the bristle are so short causing the mascara formula to clump up in the wand as well as your lashes...I love the idea that Rimmel have got on this but to me it's not as dramatic as they put it out to be in the adverts..but bare in mind, my eyelashes are short and point downwards so those who are fortunate enough to have lashes opposite to mine then it's definately not bad for a drugstore brand mascara! If you ever twist the bottle too far, then its not the end of the world! You simply just need to squeeze it back together (with great force!) and it will work just the same!Let me know you stories with it, if you have tried it! I'd love to hear other people's expericences too! Just leave a comment below (=Take care,Kary xx

Update
Hey!
Just a quick update to say that I am still alive! Working on a few reviews at the moment but haven't finished them yet so it will be a little while longer. I did however, buy alot of stuff lately! My sister went to America so I asked her to buy me a few things so shopping spree there was!! Well.. not really I needed to control myself since my spending has gone wild on stuff lately so I have no money left!!! I am back to work now instead of uni so that my funds don't go down too far!
But anyway, enough of that, here is a picture to let you have a sneak peek at what I bought...
There are 2 things that I am most excited about in this bunch of stuff which is the Sephora by OPI Minx nails and the Lancome Oscillating Powder Foundation! I have yet to open the minx nails since my nails have all broken lately so they are all short! I am going to wait for my nails to grow a little and maybe do a video tutorial on how to use them so keep watching this space! I did use the Lancome powder this morning and its great (= (= (= I took a picture this morning just to show you guys what is like for me to use but I will go into detail more in another review about all the stuff I used for the picture!
Thats it for now, just a quick update to say Hi! Take care guys!

Bright Up Nano Masks
Hey Everyone!
Today, I wanted to talk about these eye masks that I have been using. They are ones that have been featured on one of Bubzbeauty's video's before if you are familiar with her and they are the Bright Up Nano Eye Masks.
You can buy them online from Sasa.com/ or Angeland which is where I bought mine from for $15USD (Thanks Angel! Loveliest seller ever! and she offers free shipping!!) They are from a Taiwanese company called BeautyMate and they have a few other eye masks in their range such as the bright up which I am writing about today, a Collagen Smooth Nano Mask and Q10 Reset Nano Mask.

One box comes with 7 packs that each contain 1 pair of masks that look like its the shape of a bean and this is how the product is described as...
BeautyMate Bright Up Nano Eye Mask adopts the newly imported nano technology, combined with a close-fitting mask cutting, can effectively release essence nutrients into skin cells to bring you a unique skin care experience. Research has shown that Vitamin B3 can interfere the transmission of melanin up to the dermal cells, thus help to minimize dark circles and improve skin texture. Algae extract can enhance blood circulation and stimulate metabolism, keep your eyes healthy and energetic, bright and fresh.
Effects: Enhances blood circulation, whitening, moisturizing.
If you are someone like me who loves using sheet marks then its a good one to add to the collection, although please bare in mind that I live in the UK and sheet masks here are very very limited and no where near as cheap and widely available as like I have seen in Hong Kong! So, First things first, how to use it. It is very simple to use, simply take the mask out of the packaging and place it underneath your eyes and relax for about 10 - 20 minutes! After that time, simply wipe lightly/dab away the excess and you should feel more refereshed! The formula on the masks itself and in the packet is plentiful so the mask is soft with a white cream like consistancy on it. I initially thought it was going to be a watery or gel like formula but it is actually like a watery cream moisturiser type thing.
So, your done, BUT I actually have really dry eyes and my lids tend to be particular drier than other areas of my eyes so what I like to do is flipping it and placing the mask on my eyelids and leaving it there for about another 10 minutes with my eyes closed. Now, you might be thinking that the formula that was on the mask in the first place is on your face already but remember what I said about how the forumla that was in the packet? Well what you can do is take that formula and either, put the mask back it and get it so that it soaks up the extra formula left in the packet or you can place the mask onto your eyes and with clean hands pick up the formula on your fingers and pat it onto the mask that is already on your eye! Although if both your eyes closed, this is harder to do! After relaxing, do the same and wipe or dab off any excess formula on your face and you are done! But please be careful and not get any formula in you eyes because it was made for outside not inside!!
The ending result for this is that its not the most special eyemask in the world and can get rid of wrinkles and dark circles within one use but if you have dry skin like me then its is defintely something great to have to give your skin a treat every now and again! It instantly makes you feel refereshed which is what is nice about it and my dark circles are still kinda there though so thats something that hasn't helped but my dark circles aren't due to lack of sleep or anything, its more of a natural thing that I have unfortunately so until now, concealer is my best bet!!
TIP: I learnt this off an amazing lady, Queenie Chan @ BeautyQQ (her YouTube channel). She loves masks and she knows what its like when you get lazy and don't want to do masks because its too cold or too hot!! I like putting some things in the fridge so that when things get too irritated such as heat rash or its just a really hot day, I like to put mists that I might have in the fridge so that its cooling for the irritant skin and the same with the masks to make it cooling and refreshing when you put them on! Alternatively, if the weather is cold outside, it can be really horrible putting a mask on because its cold too! So what Queenie has taught me is doing the opposite and making it warm to put on! Simply put the whole packet of the mask into some warm water (not hot or boiling hot because with some masks it can mess around with the chemicals and making it not so effective) for a few minutes and it will be warm when you put it on! If you have time, I would suggest checking Queenie out, she is very lovely in her videos and she does alot of things such as tutorials, product recommendations, information on things like face treatments and even random things like yoga with a watermelon! Her videos are mainly in Chinese but she does write alot of inspirational things in English that are worth reading too (=.
Please never hesitate to speak to me, I am always here even to say hello to you because its nice to be friendly (=
Take care,

Just a note...
Hi everyone,
Whilst writing my dissertation, it occurred to me that ever since starting a blog, I never explained why I blog and really introduced myself so here it is!
My name is Kary and I am 21 years old and I live in London, England. I have just finished studying a 3 year degree course at the University of Westminster and awaiting my results and my graduation ceremony in November this year!
I started a blog around a year ago now and originally it was not meant to be a product reviewing blog but rather just somewhere where I could share interesting stuff that I come across. But then one day whilst browsing the Soompi forums, there was a thread that people wanted to find out about Laneige products in which I had just been introduced to loads of products when I was in Hong Kong one year for a holiday. I was very keen to share my experiences with people because the products worked extremely well for me and I still continue to use it every single day and do not hesitate to buy more from them!
After that I continued to review some products that had bought during that holiday in Hong Kong because I bought quite alot! I tend to buy alot of beauty items to use and try because I'm constantly searching for things that are perfect for me so I thought to share my experiences about it in the mean time.
I am not a professional. When I say a product is great, please note that it is my opinion and not every single product can be suitable for everyone, but how it has worked out for me considering how I am, if you think that you have similar skin features like me then it could work out for you and help you make a decision in purchasing a product or not. I'm just adding to opinions and through a blog, my views are constantly viewable. I read blogs too and find that there are sometimes things missing so I try to make my posts as detailed as possible and think what I would want from a blog review.
I do not approach companies to ask whether they would like a product to be reviewed nor do companies approach me. I have bought everything that I have reviewed so far, I don't want to approach companies and ask for things to review because I want people to like what I do first so word of mouth is extremely important for me. I would always tell whether a product is sponsored or not, Its the law in US but since I'm in UK the rules are different but still, honesty is the best policy right? I don't even see the point of lying. If you are someone who likes what I do then I would be happy to work with you to promote your product so please do not hesitate to contact me at Karwin.Yeung@Gmail.com or Tweet me through Twitter, http: //twitter.com/Karyyeung. I don't bite and willing to try anything!!
From those of whom I have your support already, I thank you with all my heart! I hope that the future can be a bright one for all of us! (=
Hope this hasn't been too boring but I think it was needed. Keep well and take care of yourselves!

I'm back!!! & Rodial Tummy Tuck Sticks Review
Hi Everyone!
Sorry for being MIA for a while now but I have finally finished university!!!!! I still have yet to wait for my grades to see if I will graduate though so fingers crossed!! And also a massive thank you to anyone who helped me along the way, especially those who completed the survey (=. An update is that I have quite a few things that I am going to review and just need to get round to it but the good news is that I am going to be alot more regular with updates now and I am now currently unemployed )= but awaiting my graduation ceremony that isn't going to happen until November later this year!! So in the mean time I am looking for a job in TV production!
I am back for more now though and today I am going to share a review on a diet supplement called Rodial Tummy Tuck Sticks. These are designed to help digestion and in turn making you look and feel less bloated and making you look more trim. Each box comes with a 2 week supply of 14 sticks where you have one a day. If you buy it in the UK it is £48 from anywhere that sells it, I bought it at Space NK in Covent Garden as I went past one day. According to The Rodial Website, Rodial Tummy Tuck Sticks have...
* Green Clay- this clay is rich in silica and minerals which help reduce bloating.
* Fennel Seeds- eliminate waste and gases, making the tummy appear flatter.
* Pineapple and Papaya- contain enzymes which help split proteins and help the body break down food quicker.
Here is what the product looks like when you buy it.
Its very simple to use, you just take 100ml of water and mix the contents of the sachet with the water until it is completely disolved and simply drink up. The best time to have it is after a main meal according to the instructions. I took this for the 2 weeks that the box supplies and I took it after lunch everyday because I tend to eat more at lunch than at dinner. I actually used a normal metal teaspoon to mix it on the first go and found that it stained my spoon slightly even after washing it there was a slight trace of yellow on it so I would advise to use a spoon that is reusable but also disposable like a plastic spoon for the course of the two weeks to make sure you don't mess up any of your cutlery!
Although, from until now, it seems very simple to use and everything but the problems that I encountered with it is that the powder just didn't disolve properly all the time. There would be lumps in it and even after 5 minutes of stirring, it just didn't go away! I was using cold water to mix it so I thought, lets try some warm water but the same thing happened but with a a few less lumps but still very visible lumps of powder in it... So I had to think of another way and not waste it! The best way that I thought of that worked well was getting a small bottle, obviously bigger than 100ml and simply giving it a shake and it worked very well!!! No mess and no stained spoons! I didn't know why I didn't think of it sooner because I started doing on the second week of the course but this is by far the best way to mix this formula. Here is a picture of the product when I was mixing it in and what it looks like mixed.
So onto the smell, it is actually quite pleasant, it smells like pineapple and mango which a very nice scent but don't let it fool you! The taste is something that I had to get used to, it was awful at first and I really dreaded drinking it the next day but for those of you who know the taste of traditional chinese medicine, its no where near as bad as that! The only reason I say it like this is because when eating food, smell and taste both contribute to whether it is nice or not and with a nice smell, you would expect it to be quite nice but it tasted of nothing! It just feels strange to drink it because the drink is as thick as how mango juice can be but it looks watery and not thick at all. It also has seeds floating in it too but its tasteless like water so the sensation of drinking it was something I didn't like at all.
Okay, so I bet the main thing that people want to know is whether it worked or not... the answer is yes and no! Yes because it does what it says and makes you look and feel slightly less bloated but don't expect to go down a dress size or anything. As a dietery supplement it doesn't work in a lose a dress size sort of way even if you finished the whole course of the sticks, its pretty much like Activia Yoghurt where it helps digestion and reduces bloating and honestly, the yoghurt tastes nicer and its cheaper!! So I don't think I will be buying this again mainly because of the price tag, it doesn't work as well as I expected.
This is definately not something for those who want to properly lose weight, it is simply something to make you feel and look slightly thinner in my opinion so like if you have a special occasion like a wedding to attend, it is good for then because it will make you feel good.. If you are wanting to lose weight then the best way honesty to do it is to have willpower and simply eat less and healthly and do (more) exercise. I was eating like I normally do when trialing this out, I normally eat 2 meals a day and didn't particularly change my diet at all and it worked to make me feel less bloated but it is best to avoid the unhealthy food. I tried this because I am not overweight or anything but I could just stand to lose a bit of weight and look healthier really so there was my motivation for wanting to try it.
I hope this review has helped in some way and as always, comment if you need anything or mail me!

YouTube Video
Hey Everyone!
Back already and as promised,I uploaded my video that I made for Ava Yu Kiu's contest, you can visit her channel here AVALIFECHANNEL . She does mainly speak in Cantonese though because she is from Hong Kong and a lot of her audience is from within Hong Kong but she does subtitle alot of her videos so your not missing out on too much!!
As I said, the video isn't great because I spent like 2 hours on it when I should have been writing my paper (...like now as well really!) but I hope you like it anyway, any questions, like always, don't hesitate to leave me a comment below!
Please help me fill out my quick online survey too for my paper, its just research into blogging so its not something that will be released or anything, its purely for Uni work purposes...
Here's the link! Please get anyone else you know to do it too! Thank you!
